David's Prayer
The years pass in a flash.   Time as we know it is but a speck in an eternal timeline.   Our Savior walked the earth about 2000 years ago; our First Baptist Community Church began in 1923.   Time comes and goes in a flash.

But our charge remains the same.   Our church mission statement reminds us of our charge: "To know Him and to make Him known".   May we be ever so anxious to share our special gift from God...  with others...  with the world!
